Team Registration Info

Note: To simplify registration this year, we have separated team creation and bulk purchases of team entries. This means if you are not part of a company looking to buy spots, you can simply register here. If you would like to pre-purchase spots or pay for a portion of your employee’s entries, head to this link and “Buy Team Member Spots” before inviting your team to register with codes.

If you purchased gift codes to cover your Team Members registration entries, codes will be emailed to you at time of purchase in a separate email titled 31st Annual TC10K – Gift Purchase Confirmation. Please distribute to your team members by clicking SEND YOUR GIFT within the email or forwarding on the gift code(s). Registrants joining your team should go here: Register and Redeem Code from Team Captain.

Here are a couple helpful tips to pass on to your team members:

  • Under teams select Team Category before searching for team name
  • If you’re having trouble applying a code, or need help registering on a team, contact [email protected]


Logo for your shirt must be in solid BLACK & WHITE (Greyscale logos will not print well).

*Email a black and white high resolution logo to [email protected]

All logos must be received by March 31, 2020 at midnight. If a logo is not received by this date, your team name (text only) will be used.


To receive customized team t-shirts with your logo or name printed on the back, your team must have a minimum of 10 members by midnight March 31. After this date, individuals can still be added to your team, however they will not receive a personalized shirt, and they will need to pick up their bib and shirt from expo.



If someone already registered as an individual and would like to join your team, please have them transfer on Race Roster or email [email protected] to request a move to the team event.



If you have chosen to ‘pay later’ for all or a percentage of your team member registration fees you will receive an invoice early April. All invoices are due prior to event weekend.


Team Captains will need to pick up the entire team package of t-shirts and race bibs and distribute to team members. If you are unable to do this, you can designate another team member to pick up.
