About Victoria Track Classic
The Victoria Track Classic was launched in 1988. Over the years, the event has hosted many Olympic, Paralympic and future international stars on their way to their running success. Local Victoria athletes such as Debbie Scott, Dave Campbell and Angela Chalmers were several regular highlights of the Track Classic in its early years, leading them onto international success in the Olympics and Commonwealth Games in 1994. This year, the Victoria Track Classic returned on June 22, 2025, as a World Athletics Category F meet.

VTC Run, Jump, Throw, presented by Andrew Sheret and powered by RunSport, was a fun-filled feature of this year’s event! On Sunday, June 22, 2025, enthusiastic kids ages 5 to 10 took part in a one-hour clinic at Centennial Stadium, where they explored the FUNdamentals of track and field through playful, game-based activities. From sprinting and jumping to throwing, the energy was high and the smiles were big, thanks to Andrew Sheret Ltd’s continued support of youth in sport.
