Our clinics are led by 2020 Olympic Alternate Mariah Kelly, alongside our NEW Assistant Coach Holly Dickinson, who will be leading our Learn to Run group this season! With Mariah and Holly’s exceptional experience coaching people at all fitness levels and their shared commitment to fostering a supportive, inspiring, and empowering environment, we’re more prepared than ever to guide YOU to success.

RunSport offers six unique pace groups, giving everyone the opportunity to uncover the path that aligns with their goals and fitness level:

  • Social Walking Group – Ideal for those who enjoy a supportive, active walking community.

  • Run/Walk Level 1 (Learn to Run) – Start your running journey with a mix of run/walk intervals tailored toward those just starting out. 

  • Run/Walk Level 2 (Advanced Learn to Run) – For those ready to take the next step or returning from an injury.

  • Intermediate Runners – Build confidence in shorter races and explore longer distances.

  • Advanced Intermediate Runners – Designed for seasoned runners aiming to reach new milestones.

  • Experienced Runners – Specialized training for veteran runners aiming for half and full marathons.

Meet our coaches

Mariah

RunSport Clinics Head Coach

Mariah, a mentor, coach, and accomplished athlete, is dedicated to spreading the joy of health, wellness, and personal success through sports and physical activity. With 15 years in the running community and a professional running career since 2017, she now enters her fourth season as Clinic Head Coach and Manager.

Mariah specialized in the 1500m event, and consistently ranked among Canada's top athletes, achieving national and international recognition. She was named the first alternate for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and secured two Bronze medals at the Canadian National Championships.

Her athletic journey began with a full scholarship to Baylor University in Texas, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science. During her time at Baylor, Mariah clinched two BIG 12 Conference titles, made multiple NCAA appearances, became an NCAA finalist and double All-American, set two school records, and captained the Cross Country and Track Team.

Mariah's extensive exposure to high performance coaches and athletes covers diverse areas such as nutrition, strength and conditioning, mental performance, physiology, biomechanics, and coaching. She is thrilled to share her valuable experiences and insights gained from years in High-Performance sport with Clinic participants.

Holly

RunSport Clinics Head Coach

With a decade of coaching experience Holly has coached all levels of runners to achieve wild running goals & in the process has specialized focusing on women's needs in the sport.

Till now the scientific world has been geared around male athletes & data, but Holly and her team are dedicated to breaking the “shrink it and pink it” way of the athlete world, and empower every day running women into understanding how their healthiest bodies can enjoy a lifetime of running!

Hollys dream is to create an environment of women-supporting-women through ACCEL. Supporting qualified professionals in an environment that avoids the 80% career burnout coaches experience! Together she wants her collective to impact women across the world to be educated, empowered & unstoppable runners!
