Step into summer training with RunSport’s Summer Clinic—a 14-week program designed to prepare you for any Summer or Fall race, targeting the Royal Victoria Marathon. Whether you’re gearing up for your first race or aiming to improve your time, our Summer Clinic offers the expert guidance, supportive community, and motivation you need to make your summer miles meaningful and enjoyable. Starting the week of June 9th, this clinic is packed with seasonal perks and energizing sessions, all set in beautiful locations across Greater Victoria.
What You Get
Technical Training Program: A detailed, structured plan designed for all levels to maximize your progress
Weekly In-Person Workouts: Get energized with weekly sessions led by experienced coaches who keep you motivated and on track
Optional Long Run Meet-Ups: Join in for long runs with fellow participants, building both endurance and camaraderie
Homework Sessions: Stay consistent with structured workouts to complete between sessions
Exclusive Speaker Series: Learn from experts on topics like race strategy, nutrition, and injury prevention through in-person and virtual sessions
